The name FlyForce™, the FlyForce logo, and all associated brand marks, product names, designs and taglines are the exclusive intellectual property of StarkWayne Enterprise. All rights are reserved.

Permitted use

• Referring to FlyForce™ in editorial, news or academic articles with correct spelling and the ™ symbol.
• Linking to flyforce.in from your website or social channels.
• Displaying screenshots of the FlyForce interface in journalistic or educational contexts, with attribution.

Restrictions

• Do not use "FlyForce" or any confusingly similar name for a competing product, service or domain.
• Do not modify, distort, colourise or animate the FlyForce logo without written permission.
• Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership with FlyForce or StarkWayne Enterprise without explicit written agreement.
• Do not incorporate FlyForce marks into merchandise, advertising or promotional materials without a licence.

Third-party marks

References to DGCA, Government of India, and any manufacturers, RPTOs, employers or partners displayed on the FlyForce platform are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement of the platform unless explicitly stated.

Suspected trademark misuse can be reported to StarkWayne Enterprise via the contact page. Please include the URL, a screenshot, and a description of the concern.
